How do I register for a Training Seminar?

If you are interested in joining one of our scheduled technical training seminars or a customised training seminar, please contact your regular Sales Representative or Customer Support.

Email Customer Support or call +45 5768 8100. To join a scheduled training seminar, please contact us no later than two weeks prior to the seminar in question.

Glunz & Jensen equipment has a reputation for reliability and quality, but we all know even the best equipment can sometimes require service, and customers who choose to get the best equipment also trust in our Dealers or Service Providers to provide the best quality when it comes to servicing.

Joining a Technical Training and Application Seminar enables your company to become or retain the accreditation required to sell and maintain Glunz & Jensen products and/or consumables. In addition, the training will give your company an in depth understanding of the flexibility that our products offer your customers, and will enable you to install, service and maintain Glunz & Jensen products in a professional manner.

 

How do I become an Accredited Dealer or Service Provider?

To become and maintain an Accredited Glunz & Jensen Dealer and/or Service Provider status, you are expected to have a well-trained service organization and/or sponsored third-party service technicians, enabling them to undertake professional and efficient service on Glunz & Jensen products. To do this one or more of your technicians must participate in Glunz & Jensen’s Technical Training and Application Seminars for the selected products in your sales portfolio. These accredited technicians are then capable of training the remaining individuals in your organization.

Many of our products are only available through sales channels which have been properly trained and accredited.

Our seminars are open to all Glunz & Jensen Dealers and Service Providers, your sponsored third-party service technicians and can, by prior arrangement, be tailored for your customers/end-users.

 

Where does training take place?

Regularly scheduled Technical Training and Application Seminars are run from our facilities in Denmark, Slovakia, China and the United States.

There are no regularly scheduled Technical Training Seminars for Flexo Equipment, but courses and seminar can be arranged as required. Contact us for more details.

Our seminars are open to all Glunz & Jensen Dealers and Service Providers, your sponsored third-party service technicians and can, by prior arrangement, be tailored for your customers/end users.

 

Can customized Training Seminars be arranged?

There are some circumstances where our normal Technical Training Seminars don't fit your needs. These may be where you wish the training to be conducted at your premises, or, where you wish your end user/customer to be trained.

In order to offer you the best choice of the best products, Glunz & Jensen offers specially tailored seminars aimed to satisfy your needs. These can be arranged at Glunz & Jensen’s premises or at premises of your choice.

Please note that relevant equipment, consumables and training facilities must be available prior to the start of the seminar.

With customized Technical Training Seminars, a supplemental fee will apply, as such seminars are exclusively tailored to match your requirements, and as such, require planning and the creation of new training materials. If a seminar is held at a location other than at Glunz & Jensens' premises, the instructor’s travel and accommodation costs will be invoiced.

What are the details of a Training Seminar?

You will receive a confirmation indicating details on the relevant Technical Training and Applications Seminar, hotel booking information and how to find your way to Glunz & Jensen.

Fees

Depending upon the level of the course/accreditation and the equipment being trained upon, the Technical Training Seminars held at Glunz & Jensen’s premises may have a seminar fee. In such cases, the seminar fee includes relevant seminar material, food and beverages during the seminar.

With tailored Technical Training and Application Seminars, a supplemental fee will apply, as customized materials will need to be created. If a seminar is held at a location other than at one of Glunz & Jensens' premise, the instructor’s travel and accommodation costs will also be invoiced.

Language

All Technical Training and Application Seminars are held in English.

Materials

All the necessary materials are handed out during the seminar.

Cancellation

Any Technical Training and Application Seminar may be cancelled by Glunz & Jensen if the number of participants is too low. In such circumstances, cancellations will be informed 14 days before the seminar would have taken place and dates for alternative seminars will be given.
