In 2015, we received the highest award for quality - the National Quality Award. The prize is awarded to the winner in a competition whose principles are based on the European Model of Business Excellence, which consists of nine criteria. Winning this award is a prerequisite for participating in the European Quality Award competition, which is the equivalent of the Malcom Baldrige Award in the USA.
