Flex-Pro 360

The Flex-Pro family is the preferred solution if you’re looking for excellent processing quality, competitive price and an ergonomically friendly solution for flexo plates up to 920x1200 mm (36x47”).

Flex-Pro 420

The Flex-Pro family is equipped with rotating and oscillating brushes and fully automatic viscosity controls for optimal washout results. For plates up to 1070x1530 mm (42x60”).

Flex-Pro 520

Like the rest of the Flex-Pro family, the Flex-Pro 520 features an intuitive touch screen display and integrated solvent temperature controls. For plates up to 1320x2032 mm (52x80”).

Flex-Pro 520XP

Flex-Pro 520XP is our premium flexo processor. It has the fastest processing speeds on the market, with double the productivity* of the standard Flex-Pro units.

has fewer moving mechanical parts, which minimises the risk of plate infeed problems and improves
serviceability

Highest quality dot reproduction
for analog and digital plate production including flat top dots and microscreening technologies.

Fast and easy access
for cleaning and maintenance operations. Pumps, motors, drive mechanics are conveniently located on the side.

Dual wash-out tank
for digital flexo plates. Digital wash section for black mask removal is separated from the main solvent tank for easier maintenance and perfect wash-out results.
