Compact Stacker

FLEXIBLE.

COMPACT.

CONVENIENT.

Most printers benefit from plate handling equipment after processing, but choosing which solution is the best for a printer is very individual. In most cases, it depends on the required level of automation and productivity (pph), but also the workflow in the prepress room will affect the choice of solution.

Compact Stackers and PRO Stackers offer simple and versatile solutions for unattended batch processing. The PRO stacker is a traditional stacker with a belt driven conveyor and a removable trolley on wheels for transport of plates. The Compact stacker is a simple, knock-down construction that uses gravity to move the plate to the integrated tray. Both stackers are offered in several formats, direct from stock.

The System Conveyor is designed with optional components, allowing you to configure a compact conveyor that meets your specific requirements. Though it is developed with Glunz & Jensen processors in mind, it also comes as a stand-alone solution, which can easily be applied to many other devices in the market, e.g. ovens, rinse/gum units or processors.

Available models

Compact Stacker

A very simple and compact stacking solution that integrates perfectly with any processor or CtP device. Can used with the fastest CtP devices on the market and can store up to 100 plates.

PRO Stacker

The perfect accessory to any processor or plateline equipment. The height can be finely adjusted to ensure precise alignment and a magnetically coupled trolley enables ease of plate transport.

System Conveyor

Small, simple and flexible design with optional components to meets your needs. Easily adapted to most devices on the market, e.g. processors, rinse/ gum units and ovens.

The System Conveyor can conveniently hinge onto the processor or stand alone. Both configurations can be flipped up to give access to the setter.

The System Conveyor can be open for non-light sensitive plate applications or covered for a more integrated appearance.

The Compact Stacker uses gravity to move the plate to the base of the stacker via a track of easy going rollers.

The height of all stackers can be finely adjusted to ensure precise alignment with other equipment.

The trolley separates from the PRO Stacker, enabling the stack of plates to be conveniently moved to the press or to storage.

The PRO Stacker’s conventional stacker design features a belt driven conveyer to transport the plate from the processor to the trolley.
