The vital link on your plateline

PlateLink 46-XR enables smart and effective plateline configurations. This conveyor moves, rotates, and redirects plates from the CtP, feeding them to processors, stackers, and other plateline equipment.

It can be configured to accept plates from the CtP, automatically sorting and rotating them as needed, and then sending them out any of its three sides to a processor or other plateline equipment. It can feed multiple processing lines from a single CtP.

With its universal design, the PlateLink 46-XR can handle a wide spectrum of plate types and sizes without special set-up or complicated programming. With its standard interleaf paper sensor and optional plate color sensor, it is a smart choice ‒ the vital link on your plateline.

PlateLink 46-XR must be connected to a compressed air system to function.

Supplied with a touch screen display for easy configuration and set up.

Equipped with simple and reliable electronics that are easy to access and service.

PlateLink 46-XR has a simple belt drive configuration for easy and secure plate transportation.

PlateLink 46-XR includes a plate rotation feature which automatically rotates larger plates prior to exiting the conveyor. All plates are handled from the under side, so nothing touches the plate’s printing surface.

A small conveyor bridge and interleaf paper sensor detection system are included with the unit.

PlateLink is equipped with heavy duty motor for continuing operations.

Easy access from the top of the unit for convenient adjustment of the height.
