Nigel Walsh, Sales Director, Flexo for Glunz & Jensen A/S (G&J) announces a major collaboration
between the YRG Group and G&J after an impressive three (3) decades of working together within the
Graphic Arts trade.
“I am pleased to announce the partnership between YRG and G&J which will see multiple YRG sites
refitted with the new Flex range of G&J solutions starting with a new Flex-Line 520 XP unit to be
installed at YRG Eclipse in Cottingham, UK.
This is the first of the Flex-Line range to be installed in the UK and G&J is delighted that the unit has
gone to YRG.
Mark Gration, MD at YRG, recognizes the advantages of having G&J solutions in his facilities with his
experience of other manufacturers and has chosen G&J as his partner, moving forward to increasing
plate production and benefit from efficiency which the new lines will bring to YRG’s workflow.
Daniel Gration, Plate Room Manager comments “With industry leading capacities in processing, drying,
post exposing and storage the Flex-Line 520 XP unit is the perfect fit for YRG’s vision for the future
“Powered by service”
The Flex-Line 520 XP lines have an advanced solvent distribution system which is combined with a
redesigned and optimized rinsing and wiping section capable of handling all solvent plate types with or
without surface screening. This enables consistent production of perfect plates on a shift-by-shift basis
in high volume output.
Other unique features make the unit ideal for volume plate manufacturing with confidence.
G&J wishes to thank Mark and all at YRG for their trust in the Flex- range of equipment and are excited
to elevate our long-term partnership even further.
